Before I found COR Property Management it took days to get my property management company to respond to my phone call. Repairs were completed without informing me about the costs. I repeatedly asked them to call me before spending my money but that never happened. Finally I'd had enough! 

Now, with COR Property Management, I can have my child check on my investment property. It is so easy and so convenient that my 12 year old helps me keep track of it. 

I appreciate the prompt and honest communication between COR Property Management and me.  Things are addressed in a way where I feel like they really want to help, and I don't feel taken advantage of.  This is important to me as I'm not in Phoenix anymore, and they really helped me out when I was in a pretty tough spot.

My son is going to college in Glendale, AZ.  Rather than pay rent, we decided to invest in a property for him to live in.  That was in March of 2011.  As we were buying this property we saw numerous opportunities for good investments, and purchased a few other properties.  We are from Wisconsin, and hired a company to manage them.  We then fell in love with the area, and decided to find a property to buy which we could use and rent out as a vacation rental.  Our management company we were using would only do long term rentals.

We were lucky to find Steve, and his property management company.  He was helpful in telling us what to look for in a vacation rental, and answered numerous questions even though he wasn't managing any of our properties at the time.  Currently Steve and his company are managing 3 long term rental properties, and our vacation home for us.  We are a lot happier with Steve, than our first management company and are switching over the rest of our properties  to him to manage as leases come up.

Steve and his company work hard.  They follow up on details.  Their big strength  is communication.  If I send a text, email, or call, they respond almost immediately.
I'm happy with the rents they are getting for me, and the occupancy rates have been great.  They also care about trying to control my expenses,
